About Erika L. Harper

Erika Harper a licensed professional counselor, personal fitness trainer and owner of Erika L Harper LLC. She has a masters in mental health counseling from Walden University and a certification in personal training from the National Exercise and Sports Training Association (NESTA).

Erika has been a sexologist since her undergraduate years and is currently receiving additional training at the New York Sex Therapy Institute at Columbia University. She also was an All-American track athlete as an undergraduate student at Miami University giving her the unique perspective she has for fitness, athleticism and sexuality.

Erika has a specific interest in helping individuals and couples overcome relational problems in their lives. She also has a passion for working with athletes.

She does all this by intersecting her training in sexology, fitness and spirituality to help clients to perform optimally in their everyday lives.
